1) EAR INFECTIONS OUTER EAR INFECTION means Infection of ear canal. MIDDLE EAR INFECTION means infection of ear drum, and structures in the middle ear cavity.

OUTER EAR INFECTIONS - Swimming,  - Wearing hearing aids or earphones,  - Putting cotton swabs or fingers in the ear canal,  etc. can damage the skin inside the ear canal and lead to infection
